Mr. Shabana’s construction experience is highly diverse, spanning utilities, oil and gas, fueling systems, tank farms, infrastructure, and transportation. He has managed electric distribution portfolios, including replacement and retirement programs, and led electric transmission relocation projects for utility owners, ensuring efficient execution and infrastructure reliability. His extensive field background is complemented by research contributions and thought leadership, demonstrated through the publication of multiple research papers. Notably, his research has focused on proactive strategies to mitigate claims and disputes, particularly in mega transportation projects across the United States.
